An Approach for an Integrated Maintenance Strategy Selection considering the Context of the Value-Adding Network

Increasing complexity in manufacturing processes poses new challenges for industrial maintenance. In addition, advanced machine monitoring and lifetime forecasting options expand the tools maintenance strategies available. Today, strategy selection is performed sequentially usually based on prioritised machines components. These selections are optimized locally each isolated, not considering context of other within value-adding network.
